Q. Can I afford a planner?

Yes. We have several packages and A-la-Carte items to fit any budget. We are here to help make your dream day a reality without busting your bank account.

Q. Can you help us stay on budget?

One of our main goals it to help couples stay in line with their budgets. We assist with vendor negotiations to ensure the client is getting the best service for the best price.

Q. What if I have already done most of the planning? Can you still help us?

Yes. We can assist you with your wedding rehearsal and the day of your wedding. We know how hard it can be to be the planner and bride on your wedding day. Allow us to do the work so you can focus on being a beautiful couple.

Q. We have a family member or family friend helping us plan our wedding. Why do we need a professional planner?

In reality, family members and friends normally don’t feel comfortable making decisions that will affect the most important day of your life. Allow them to be a guest and enjoy your special day while professional planners implement your day to perfection.

Q. Do you provide a contract?

As professional planners, we provide a full contract outlining all of the terms of our agreement, including a cancellation clause

Q. Do you personally attend my wedding?

Yes. Kimberly and her team of professional assistants understand how important it is to attend to every minute detail of your dream day; therefore, she personally attends and oversees each event with a single goal in mind: to produce an event you and your guests will remember for years to come.

Q. How soon should I book your services?

Depending on your wedding date, we usually suggest 6-12 months in advance due to a high volume of weddings during the more popular wedding months such as the Summer months.

Q. Will you travel?

Absolutely. Additional fees may apply to cover traveling expenses. Your consultant will go over this in more detail during your initial consultation.

Q. Are vendors included in your fee or do we pay vendors individually?

Each vendor is hired as an independent contractor. Life of the Party will only refer companies that are conducive to your budget. All agreements are signed by the client and payment arrangements are made between the vendor and client.
